  • Lead review and governance of pricing policies and portfolio performance, including recurring pricing analyses, monitoring, and optimization initiatives
  • Design and enhance pricing frameworks for Auto Lending products using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing experiments and test-and-learn initiatives
  • Develop industry expertise in Direct and Indirect Auto Lending through competitive research, market intelligence, and bureau data assessments
  • Support organizational knowledge-sharing and stakeholder education

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in exploratory data analysis
  • Basic understanding of business and operating environment
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics
  • SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Scala, AWS, and Databricks
  • Model lifecycle execution
  • Technical writing
  • Data storytelling and technical presentation skills
  • Research skills
  • Working knowledge of procedures, instructions, and validation techniques
  • Model development

  • Initiative with sound judgment
  • Big data analysis, coding, project management, and technical writing
