About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and evaluate business data to identify solutions to operational problems using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods
  • Review system data and measure processes
  • Conduct analyses and reporting supporting general business operations and planning activities
  • Assess requirements for internal business processes and ensure integration across teams and business units
  • Document business processes and workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Create and contribute to reports showing key performance indicators, operational improvement areas, root-cause analysis, and value-chain inputs/outputs
  • Improve or automate business performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College/university degree or 1–2 years of experience in business and operational strategy, planning and analysis
  • Familiarity with data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research
  • Research, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Skill in solving routine or standard administrative, operational and/or system problems and issues
  • Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
