About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in developing learning strategies, tactics, solutions, and content for professional development or employee upskilling programs
  • Facilitate learning solutions for professional development and employee upskilling
  • Gather data and analyze training effectiveness
  • Collaborate on reference materials, support tools, and leader resources
  • Stay current with industry learning best practices and technical, product, and program enhancements
  • Support multiple small-scale Division/Branch projects and programs
  • Identify critical learning gaps and recommend learning solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise strategy
  • Partner with talent development, the enterprise learning community, and subject matter experts to curate, validate, and develop learning resources
  • Support measurement of learning solution and program effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in program management and evaluation, learning science, communications, instructional design, organizational development, or designing, developing, and implementing training
  • Willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge through hands-on work
  • Experience conducting needs assessments and analysis for learning solutions
  • Experience building relationships with and influencing team members and management
  • Experience measuring ROI on learning solutions
  • Experience compiling, organizing, and presenting findings to stakeholders and management
  • Experience in synchronous learning and/or facilitation
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and projects
  • Fundamental understanding of instructional theories, educational psychology, educational theory, tools, and resources
  • Exposure to strategic and execution-focused planning and partner leadership alliances
  • Organizational, planning, and project management knowledge
  • Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication across organizational levels
  • Effective verbal and written communication, including presenting to groups
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Human Resources, business, communication, behavioral sciences, Program Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Desired: FINRA Series 7 and NASAA Series 63/65 or 66 registration, and Life & Health Insurance License
  • Desired: Familiarity with financial services operating models, including brokerage, RIA, and/or financial planning environments
  • Monday-Friday availability, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
