About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of issues identified within the OMBP ATM network
Support ATM hardware ordering, invoice processing, vendor management, performance monitoring, reporting, and project activities
Gather and compile operational data for recurring reports and collaborate with Home Office teams and global business units to support ATM operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in ATM operations, payment operations, financial services operations, technology operations, or a related discipline
Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues
Experience meeting reporting deadlines and compiling data for recurring reports
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of ATM technology and operations, ATM monitoring tools, and ATM hardware/software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
