About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports daily operations and functions of Navy Federal Investment Services (NFIS)
- Drives productivity, member experience, and revenue outcomes by reinforcing performance standards, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency
- Provides coaching and oversight to team while supporting business initiatives through cross-functional partnership
- Uses data insights and frontline perspective to improve performance and support execution of NFIS priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or related field
- Experience supporting advisor performance, including coaching and production-based metrics
- Working knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and provide insights
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in a regulated environment with sound judgment
- Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 7, 66, or combination of 63 & 65, Life & Health)
- Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 24) or ability to obtain within 120 days of start date
- Desired Qualifications: Professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU; Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 52 and Series 53)
