Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the front door for Observability, analytics, dashboard services, and application onboarding across EOPS.
Function as a strategic leader and trusted advisor who partners with business stakeholders, application owners, support teams, and leadership to capture requirements.
Evaluate reporting opportunities, prioritize demand, and deliver meaningful dashboards and analytics solutions that improve operational performance and business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience working with business stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
Extensive experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, or similar analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to transform complex operational and business data into actionable insights.
Experience managing application intake, reporting backlogs, prioritization activities, and customer engagement processes.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, operational metrics, service health reporting, and executive dashboards.
Proven ability to work across multiple teams, departments, and stakeholder groups in large enterprise environments.
Experience with SQL, data modeling, data integration, and enterprise reporting architectures.
