Key responsibilities & impact

Support business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting.
Analyze business problems and issues using business intelligence tools.
Work independently to interpret and analyze complex business challenges.
Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions.
Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators.
Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10 years of experience in data and systems analysis
Strong experience in data visualization and dashboard development using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, ServiceNow, Python, or similar), with a focus on delivering clear, actionable insights.
Subject matter expertise within a business domain or specialization.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Expert knowledge of reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors.
Expert skill using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis.
Advanced skill with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
Skilled in Excel, including moderately complex data formulas, data connections, and statistics.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
