• Resolves real estate operational issues for Navy Federal's portfolio of Branches, Remote ATMs, and field offices
• Drafts, negotiates, and manages critical lease, license, and operating agreement documentation
• Interprets and manages lease, license, and operating agreement documentation
• Performs substantive research related to NFCU leases to maximize tenant rights and ensure compliance with landlord and tenant obligations
• Manages all lease, license, operating agreement documentation in the real estate information system
• Provides support for real estate purchase and dispositions
• Provides BOFM reporting and support on real estate matters affecting the branch, remote ATM, and office network, including on DoD installations
