Senior Manager – Product Portfolio Management, Business Agility

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee the product portfolio management team, driving the identification, development, and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives and priorities.
- Facilitate the transformation to agile delivery models and enable cross-functional teams to integrate business capabilities.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing vision, transparency, and proactive risk management.
- Champion innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence across the product portfolio, while developing team capabilities and fostering collaboration across the enterprise.
- Act as a key liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring alignment of product strategy with organizational goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience leading lean portfolio transformation and/or business product operating model evolution in a large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of lean portfolio management, product management, business agility, and capability-based planning practices
- Experience influencing organizational change across business and technology organizations
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving, and highly matrixed environments
- Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics
- Experience working directly with technical teams in an agile software development environment
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and facilitation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
- Effective communicator, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence outcomes
- Experience in financial planning, resource management, and operational oversight
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in product and portfolio management
- Experience with change management, process improvement, and adoption of modern IT practices
- Significant experience supervising and leading professional employees
- Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including associated technology implications
- Experience in building consensus and delivering processes and frameworks that support alignment between stakeholders across an enterprise
