Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with the financial industry, accounting, facility acquisition, facility development, or facility management
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Ability to learn how to use Navy Federal internal software applications
Effective clerical, technical, or administrative skills
Demonstrates a positive attitude and effective interpersonal relationships
Demonstrates dependability and adherence to process standards, and compliance with company policy and procedure
Demonstrates desire to learn how each BOFM team operates in effort to optimize position’s ability to support their respective initiatives
Currently pursuing a degree related to Finance, Accounting, Architecture, Construction Management, Facility Management, Data Analysis, or a related field
