About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides operational support to Marketing & Corporate Communications functions by supporting the execution and monitoring of communication activities and campaigns.
- Assists in analyzing operational data, preparing reports, supporting cross-functional workflows, and contributing to the development and improvement of communication processes, standards, and governance practices.
- Coordinate complex review and approval processes with legal/compliance, risk, brand, and business stakeholders.
- Support complex content operations (e.g., campaign launches, site sections, executive communications) to ensure readiness and quality.
- Prepare and deliver operational and analytics reports to inform workflow and process improvements.
- Provide functional guidance and quality support to less experienced team members.
- Serve as an operational point of contact for incident or crisis communications logistics.
- Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, tools, templates, and automation to increase efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in communications support, coordination, or specialist-level support roles.
- Working knowledge of written and verbal communication principles used to support internal, marketing, and corporate communications.
- Attention to detail when proofreading, formatting, and reviewing content for accuracy and consistency with established guidelines.
- Working understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging standards and the ability to apply them to assigned communications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines for routine communications activities.
- Proficiency with common workplace and communications tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet platforms, basic content or media databases).
- Basic experience supporting digital communication channels such as intranet, email, social media, or web platforms.
- Ability to follow established processes and use judgment within defined guidelines to complete work.
- Openness to feedback and demonstrated ability to apply guidance to improve work quality.
- High School Diploma.
- Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience supporting communications operations in regulated or financial-services environments.
