About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the product management teams within the Membership & Deposit Products Division
Drive the strategy including identification, recommendations, prioritization, and the roadmap of end-to-end technology and product enhancement solutions that align with business objectives and priorities
Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing vision, transparency, and proactive risk management
Champion innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence across the product portfolio
Develop team capabilities and foster collaboration across the enterprise
Act as a key liaison between key senior business stakeholders and technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Extensive experience in product management or portfolio management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics
Experience working directly with technical teams in an agile software development environment
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and facilitation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
Effective communicator, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence outcomes
Experience in financial planning, resource management, and operational oversight
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in product and portfolio management
Experience with change management, process improvement, and adoption of modern IT practices
Significant experience supervising and leading professional employees
Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including associated technology implications
Experience in building consensus and delivering processes and frameworks that support alignment between stakeholders across an enterprise
