About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Rewards domain end to end, from platform capabilities to daily transaction and authorization behavior that feeds the loyalty ecosystem
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver high-quality service
  • Drive decisions from intake through production and post‑release validation
  • Secure required approvals on schedule
  • Implement new/enhanced products, services and/or operational changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across cross‑functional teams
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of a complex domain, driving decisions from intake through production and post‑release validation
  • Confidence and professionalism in challenging assumptions, pushing back when needed, and advocating for the right outcome
  • Deep experience with system testing and/or UAT, including validating downstream impacts
  • Demonstrated strength in writing clear, detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Significant experience managing multiple priorities independently and within a team environment to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to apply effective elicitation techniques to gather stakeholder needs at the appropriate level of detail and scope
  • Experience working with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes/releases
  • Ability to secure required approvals on schedule and effectively transition work into Production
  • Exceptional attention to detail, persistence, and follow‑through
  • Experience partnering with business units and vendors to improve procedures, resolve issues, and implement initiatives
  • Ability to analyze information, develop conclusions, and present recommendations to leadership
  • Ability to lead, guide, and mentor less experienced staff
  • Experience representing the business unit in identifying, analyzing, and communicating system solutions
  • Proven ability to provide consulting and support services to internal customers, including defining business requirements and expected outcomes
  • Experience reporting progress and risks to management to support prioritization and capacity planning
  • Practical servicing experience
  • Experience managing, or partnering closely with, complex vendors and third‑party platforms
