Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive portfolio management, project management experience, including managing complex, multi-project, cross-functional, or enterprise initiatives
3+ years of people management experience leading project or program teams
Deep knowledge of enterprise portfolio and product management methodologies, governance structures, and delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Experience leading and managing cross-functional programs and enterprise-wide business projects
Proven ability to translate high-level business strategies into structured, actionable plans, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
Significant experience supervising and leading professional employees
Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
