About the role
- To coordinate and conduct moderately complex system analyses through data acquisition and modeling.
- To Identify, coordinate, document, and implement business requirements by determining solutions that enhance business systems, as well as provides support to business operations and processes under general supervision.
- To analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes with a moderate degree of latitude.
- Work with the business to understand their needs, related to information technology and enhance business process by promoting new functionality.
- Using working knowledge of the organization's technology infrastructure and specific software applications, assist the business to implement strategic vision through technology.
Requirements
- Experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
- Experience in the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and related analytical tools
- Experience in leading collaborative work teams
- Experience in leading projects and/or initiatives of small to medium scope
- Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
- Working knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research, including statistical methods and modeling
- Experience that demonstrates the ability to research, compile, and document data, business processes, and workflow
- Experience in market/consumer research, project management, and analysis in support of strategic planning initiatives
- Experience in SQL and VBA database languages
- Navy Federal Project Portfolio Management (PPM) knowledge
- Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies and procedures Bank Secrecy
- Effective research, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
- Effective skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience
