Work with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Information Services Department and other key delivery areas on prioritization of work that aligns with enterprise goals
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization on environmental scans, economic analysis and other competitive intelligence efforts
Oversee analysis of competitor and market trends; evaluate findings and data to determine action necessary to drive improvements
Develop a team of industry experts knowledgeable in the competitive landscape and incorporate external insights into strategies and plans
Research, monitor, and analyze competitor and market actions and synthesize trends and actionable insights
Oversee benchmarking and trend analysis to drive continuous process improvement and improve member experience quality
Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to consistently measure and report on performance against enterprise goals
Elevate strategic management via a “center-of-excellence” model and support Member Strategy Office to implement segment strategies
Develop and/or present reports/updates for Board of Directors, CEO and senior management
Lead Enterprise Strategy team via coaching, performance management and other leadership activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Extensive experience and knowledge of industry-standard strategic frameworks
Extensive experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
Extensive experience interpreting, understanding and analyzing performance measures
Expert knowledge of project management frameworks, development lifecycles and related processes
Working knowledge of credit union operations/processes and procedures
Working knowledge of business strategies, business models, Lean principles, Six Sigma and statistics
Expert skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions
Expert skill using innovative thinking to solve problems and facilitate the decision-making process
Expert skill developing and implementing programs in a leadership role, providing vision and strategic thinking around a full range of technical decisions and issues

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Desired: Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of training, education and experience
Desired: Working knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including ITIL, SDLC
Desired: Specific knowledge of Navy Federal Operations, policies, procedures, products and services
Desired: Experience with credit union financials and/or NCUA regulations
