About the role

  • Coordinate and conduct complex system analyses, feasibility studies and implementation studies
  • Plan, coordinate and organize projects and project teams
  • Oversee full lifecycle project implementation
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members

  • Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with advanced knowledge of sophisticated programming languages and system technologies
  • Extensive experience with advanced knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques in program development
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured programming, design, and analysis techniques
  • Significant experience in full lifecycle project planning and management
  • Ability to exercise initiative, good judgment, and make sound decisions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Advanced organizational, planning, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills
  • Effective database and presentation software skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
