Business Intelligence Developer

• Mine large data sets to design a Power BI dashboard and tell a story around the effectiveness and value of MASP partnerships and programs
• Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and how-to guides to help internal stakeholders effectively navigate and leverage dashboards for decision-making
• Present analytical results and dashboard capabilities to stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership, to drive data-informed decision-making
• Become integrated into and participate in the day-to-day strategy, analysis, and operations of the team
• Potential projects: Designing a dashboard to evaluate the effectiveness of NFCU’s giving and volunteering programs; Partnering with Program Management to develop a dashboard tracking member uptake and engagement with newly launched products; Creating a comprehensive departmental scorecard synthesizing KPIs across MASP initiatives
• Participate in a 12-week Summer Associate Program (May–August 2026) working on impactful projects and meaningful work
