About the role

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence to empower Marketing for personalization and campaign optimization
  • Explore pre-campaign opportunities and research trends to enable marketing strategy and decision-making
  • Develop new marketing models to measure campaign influence on business outcomes
  • Write and test business rule indicators to power marketing automation tools and machine learning models
  • Develop dashboards to enable data discovery and self-service analytics
  • Assess the marketing landscape to identify best practices, shifting trends, and areas of opportunity
  • Analyze member data to identify opportunities to better understand and predict customer needs and behaviors
  • Develop and prioritize recommendations for strategic initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to drive progress
  • Develop and present analytic findings to stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Participate in research and development efforts to solve complex, high-value business problems
  • 12-week internship program (May 2026 - August 2026) working on impactful projects

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, with exposure to Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or other related fields.
  • Applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • A passion for analytics and data-driven problem solving
  • Experience with data extraction/wrangling
  • Experience using analytic tools such as: Databricks, SQL, R, Python, PySpark, Power BI or Tableau
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with large datasets and telling stories with data
  • Ability to work independently and think outside of the box
  • Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing a plus
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
