About the role

  • Serves as a senior level IAM Portfolio Analyst researching, analyzing, compiling and documenting data, requirements, workflows, functionality and controls related to Identity & Access Management
  • Develops and evaluates information and prepares recommendations for decision-making
  • Provides leadership for IAM compliance and strategic transformational projects and programs
  • Acts as liaison and subject matter expert to business and technical stakeholders on IAM capabilities, security governance, risk controls and transitions to new IAM transformation and compliance processes
  • Ensure IAM governance structures adhere to policies, standards, and controls and that core capabilities, operations and integrations follow governance
  • Maintain continuous security posture via proactive reviews of account access and authorization and design improvements to remediate violations
  • Translate business and operational needs into improved and new IAM transformational capabilities
  • Analyze and document functional and nonfunctional requirements for IAM domains such as Access Certification, Identity Lifecycle Management, and analytics
  • Engage stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities across Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management
  • Support stakeholders to evaluate and update access for users and privileged users and provide guidance to managers on data
  • Additional responsibilities include analyzing information, interpreting results, presenting recommendations, collaborating across units, monitoring KPIs, compiling data, benchmarking, producing analytically-driven recommendations, solving business problems, and ensuring compliance with ETS standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
  • 5+ years of experience with transformational initiatives in an IT environment
  • 5+ years of experience in an Identity and Access Management function, preferably in financial services
  • Extensive experience interpreting business technology requirements and creating IT solutions with increased business intelligence
  • Advanced attention to detail and accuracy with ability to meet deadlines
  • Expert research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Advanced communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Experience participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
