About the role

  • To compile, research, analyze, document data, requirements, workflow / processes, and functionality and test for respective ETS group.
  • To develop and evaluate information and prepare recommendations.
  • This role involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap and enterprise strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in a Technology Product Analyst role, preferably within a SAFe environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in APIs, Databases, SQL and ability to test business and technical requirements.
  • Experience in translating technical specifications into technical requirements.
  • Advanced skills in requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a product team and with other cross functional teams.
  • Experience in vendor management and evaluation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
