About the role

  • Support the Industrial Design team in building prototypes and testing new materials
  • Research and ideate creative solutions to design and engineering challenges
  • Support feasibility studies and testing activities
  • Develop and build prototypes across different design disciplines
  • Lead small-scale projects to explore, test, and implement ideas that enhance product design, hardware, or packaging
  • Contribute to clear and user-friendly documentation, including manuals, guides, and visual instructions
  • Collaborate cross-disciplinarily with engineers and designers and learn manufacturing and prototyping processes

Requirements

  • Educational background or in-progress studies in Product Design, Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field
  • Initial practical experience in a hands-on design environment, with exposure to model making, research, and rapid prototyping is a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in Autodesk Inventor, Keyshot, UX design, and AI-supported design research
  • Hands-on skills in 3D printing and/or working with textiles are a plus
  • A proactive and curious mindset, eager to iterate fast and learn from feedback
  • Fluency in English
