About the role

  • Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap of NavVis' cloud-based data processing solutions
  • Work closely with engineers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and customer-facing teams, to determine strategic priorities and translate them into product enhancements
  • Be a crucial part of the Product Reality Access team, which manages NavVis IVION and NVC products
  • Shape the discovery & development processes and empower product teams
  • Deep-dive into customers' needs, their 'job-to-be-done' and workflows, as well as the reality capture industry
  • Translate opportunities into product requirements and prioritize them accordingly
  • Deliver solutions in close collaboration with engineers, designers, and program managers
  • Bring together all stakeholder voices to the table, driving key decisions and removing roadblocks for the team to deliver
  • Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to measure products' progress towards business and strategic goals

Requirements

  • A university degree in business, science or engineering
  • At least 3 years' experience in a software product management role, preferably managing a B2B SaaS product
  • Demonstrated experience with agile software development processes from prototyping to release
  • A natural curiosity and interest to collaborate with our engineers to understand technical feasibility, dependencies and opportunities deeply
  • Proven track record of managing diverse stakeholder needs
  • Data driven approach to tackling product decisions
  • Fluency in English as it is our official language of communication
  • German proficiency (at least B2 level)
