About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for completing reports and projects as requested by Customer Care teams in a timely manner.
- Understand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into information that can be proactively used to improve business decisions.
- Create and maintain performance data for the whole of Customer Care.
- Deliver reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis as required by Customer Care Leadership.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and in compliance with all regulations and requirements.
- Periodic and detailed reporting of call trends.
- Identify, advocate, and implement continual process improvement of policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiencies.
- Assist with internal department and corporate projects as required.
- Coordinate task completion within department and cross-functionally.
- Solve moderately complex problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4 years of reporting experience required.
- 4 years of work experience in a business setting required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
