About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop positive client relationships.
  • Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
  • Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
  • Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
  • Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
  • Proven experience successfully managing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
