About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and grow a team of proposal development and management professionals
  • Prepare strategic customer-focused proposal content, including written proposals and other sales-related documents
  • Participate in the analysis and discernment of Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities
  • Ensure that the Proposal team prepares accurate, timely, clear, and concise responses
  • Oversee both the written components of proposals and the financial outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience and expertise in business proposal development required
  • 2 years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry required
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver tangible results in a professional services environment required
  • Large project management experience required
