About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage both existing products and new product development to drive differentiation in the PBM industry.
Oversee execution of strategic programs and ensure alignment with Client Services and Sales growth plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product performance, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities using ROI and build vs. buy frameworks.
Support annual planning and strategic planning for product development and drive accountability for performance goals.
Assess competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities.
Lead market research efforts to generate actionable insights.
Evaluate product ideas and develop go-to-market strategies.
Develop and maintain timelines for strategic product initiatives.
Partner with Compliance and regulatory teams to ensure product readiness and approval.
Develop a strong understanding of Archimedes products to expand offerings, refine positioning, and create effective messaging.
Execute departmental initiatives aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
4 years product management, product development, or related experience required.
Experience in the PBM, healthcare, health plan or pharmaceutical industry required.
