About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scale the operational processes to ensure a superior patient experience and high quality clinical management
Develop, train and staff the team of case managers and pharmacists
Liaison between the team and account management to ensure the customer is informed on progress, successes and potential challenges
Support the development of activity, quality and performance reporting
Be the business owner of the case management and prior authorization technology platform and collaborate with IT on enhancements and solutions sets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven operations leader with experience scaling a patient-facing operation
Experience leading a team of case managers and pharmacists to ensure a high-quality patient experience and clinical management
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, pharmacist or nursing required
Experience leading an operation in an infusion setting, physician office or pharmacy
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Expert at Microsoft Office Suite
