About the role
- Responsible for the operational oversight and management of products within the CEC and in collaboration with SMEs from other departments and division
- In collaboration with CEC leadership, define the product strategy and assure roadmap execution
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitor’s products
- Develop and continually improve strategies, objectives and policies for the assigned products/programs, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures/targets
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas
- Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and marketing
- Provide product support for client implementations.
- Provide expert subject matter support to Navitus Client and Clinical Services Executives representing the client
- Supports the development and maintenance of product documentation including training materials, call scripts, client reports, etc
- Continually evaluate and monitor program metrics including turn-around times, CMR completion, patient satisfactions and accuracy in collaboration with CEC staff
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- College degree
- Medicare Part D Star Ratings experience is strongly preferred
- Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
- Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is preferred
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
