About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of account executives and account managers and guide client messaging and packaging
  • Be the voice of the customer for internal product development and strategic decision-making efforts
  • For select marquee clients, be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service
  • Work with the implementation team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Liaison between the customer and internal teams as well as external partners
  • Be the client-facing lead on sales calls and finalist presentations
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study, or equivalent work experience, required
  • MBA, MPH, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive account management leadership experience leading account-facing personnel required
  • Successful account management experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization required
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
