About the role
- Lead and develop a team of account executives and account managers and guide client messaging and packaging
- Be the voice of the customer for internal product development and strategic decision-making efforts
- For select marquee clients, be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service
- Work with the implementation team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Liaison between the customer and internal teams as well as external partners
- Be the client-facing lead on sales calls and finalist presentations
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study, or equivalent work experience, required
- MBA, MPH, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive account management leadership experience leading account-facing personnel required
- Successful account management experience in healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization required
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
