About the role

  • Serve as fully accountable business owner for several product lines.
  • Responsible for the full product lifecycle including building strategic roadmaps, developing/documenting product requirements, leading product development efforts and managing day-to-day product business needs.
  • Work cross functionally to understand internal and external client needs, provide product training and troubleshoot product issues and questions.
  • Present product capabilities to clients and prospects.
  • Own strategic relationships with key partners including negotiations and performance management.
  • Own financial and operational product success metrics and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacy and/or medical benefits industry in relevant positions.
  • Knowledge of specialty medication benefits is required.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience working cross functionally to meet project milestones.
  • Experience owning contract negotiations with key partners.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven abilities in data analysis with very strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to present to clients.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite.
