About the role
- Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for proposal content management system.
- Maintain proposal content libraries and templates.
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
- Ensure client facing content aligns with Archimedes’ value proposition and capabilities.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and presentations that highlight Archimedes’ business opportunities and provide implementation teams with the essential information to initiate new client onboarding.
- Review new client contracts to verify that all commitments outlined during the proposal process are accurately documented and incorporated.
- Provide support for marketing campaigns and financial analysis.
- Provide insights to management team to support business decision-making.
- Utilize project management skills to initiate, collect, and deliver tasks in collaboration with cross-functional SMEs.
- Support improved efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying and providing insights into streamlining processes.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- 2+ years’ experience required in a health care related field, preferably in pharmacy benefit management.
- Strategic proposal content management and development or similar related experience required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience working with quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the norm required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, at the advanced level required.
