About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, test, and launch engaging marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and automated customer journeys.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Navitas group to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives and support campaign requests.
- Drive lead nurturing and marketing automation activities across multiple channels to create seamless customer experiences and improve conversion outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey management.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and email marketing best practices.
- Experience developing and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement and campaign performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferential Experience within the higher education sector or firsthand experience studying abroad.
- Proven experience delivering results-driven B2C and B2B demand generation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Certifications in Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or marketing automation platforms.
