About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, test, and launch engaging marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and automated customer journeys.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Navitas group to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives and support campaign requests.
  • Drive lead nurturing and marketing automation activities across multiple channels to create seamless customer experiences and improve conversion outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey management.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience developing and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement and campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferential Experience within the higher education sector or firsthand experience studying abroad.
  • Proven experience delivering results-driven B2C and B2B demand generation and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Certifications in Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or marketing automation platforms.
