About the role
- You won’t just build our enterprise sales — you’ll lead it: from the first outreach email or initial customer contact to the signed million-dollar deal.
- Revenue responsibility? You take it.
- Growth in your segment? It’s in your hands.
- Your pipeline belongs to you — you proactively fill it, while also leveraging the potential of our inbound and partner channels.
- You report directly to the CEO and work shoulder to shoulder with the founding team — closely, quickly, and as equals.
Requirements
- You are sales-driven and bring at least 3 years of relevant enterprise sales experience, and can demonstrably show that you haven’t only supported complex sales processes but have fully owned them.
- You know how to engage with multiple stakeholders on the client side.
- You present yourself professionally at all times — verbally, in content, and in your personal presence during meetings.
- You are innovative and future-oriented; working with conservative large enterprise clients is your core strength.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
- You know your numbers — and stand by them.
- You make data-driven decisions, report reliably, and speak openly and proudly about your proven achievements in our first interview.
- You can think flexibly and sell products that are not yet fully developed or live.
- Ideally, you have already sold in at least one of these segments and understand the challenges our buyers face.
