Serve as Executive Director/CEO of Chandler Place AL/MC community, overseeing all operations and community financials
Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere
Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, and ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and well being
Set standards for quality assurance and foster positive family relationships
Oversee all aspects of operations including care delivery, food service, and facilities management to meet Navion's operational standards
Direct responsibility for hiring, training, and supervising staff
Direct responsibility for financial management and regulatory compliance of the community
Oversee Sales and Marketing to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
Requirements
Passion for working with Seniors
Licensed Administrator in the respective state
Prior Executive Director or Administrator experience preferred
Previous management experience with direct supervision of a team of at least 10 (hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, disciplinary measures)
Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses of at least $1M annually
Previous sales or business development experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to facilitate small-group presentations
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications
