About the role
- Serve as Executive Director/CEO of Chandler Place AL/MC community, overseeing all operations and community financials
- Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere
- Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, and ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and well being
- Set standards for quality assurance and foster positive family relationships
- Oversee all aspects of operations including care delivery, food service, and facilities management to meet Navion's operational standards
- Direct responsibility for hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Direct responsibility for financial management and regulatory compliance of the community
- Oversee Sales and Marketing to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
Requirements
- Passion for working with Seniors
- Licensed Administrator in the respective state
- Prior Executive Director or Administrator experience preferred
- Previous management experience with direct supervision of a team of at least 10 (hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, disciplinary measures)
- Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses of at least $1M annually
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to facilitate small-group presentations
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications
