Lead all sales and marketing activity including community engagement, referral source outreach, lead generation, fielding inquiries, leading tours, and closing
Support prospective residents and families evaluating senior care options and communicate Navion as the best option
Hit annual and monthly move-in and census targets
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and monitor outcomes and effectiveness of programs
Plan and implement marketing activities and events and maintain budget
Collaborate with Executive Director (ED) and Regional Sales/Marketing Director/Manager (RSDM) to determine advertising needs
Meet monthly sales activity standards: follow-up calls, professional sales calls, event planning, monthly lead bank mailings
Develop and maintain strong network of professional and agency referral sources; host and attend community events
Research local competition (rates, specials, services)
Implement and monitor move-in system; ensure resident records complete prior to admission; maintain Move-In database
Prepare and distribute mailings to prospective and current residents; schedule and deliver presentations to prospective residents and families
Provide required information and communicate with team about move-in activity and resident/family needs
Complete weekly and quarterly census reports; select and order promotional supplies within budget
Support DCS/RCC or designee in assessment process to determine eligibility for resident occupancy
Requirements
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding target
Proven ability to drive the sales process from inquiry to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of Navion Senior Solutions offerings
Ability to position Navion against competitors
Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
