About the role

  • Oversee business administration, accounts payable/receivable, and system-related business processes
  • Follow monthly accounting calendar to meet financial data expectations and deadlines
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and respond to payroll developments, trends, regulations and business controls
  • Maintain team member personnel information including payroll processing, personnel files/binders and training records
  • Champion team member onboarding and welcome orientation process
  • Maintain training records and perform ongoing data entry into training system
  • Partner with the Executive Director and other team leaders to form teams and encourage engagement
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to engage audiences
  • Follow Navion programs and policies to support Core Values and quality care
  • Complete BOM position training and state-required training per regulations

Requirements

  • Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred, or proven history as a Business Office Manager
  • Must possess a dedication to seniors and a positive can-do attitude
