Advisor Relationship Development: Establish, grow, and maintain relationships with financial advisors, plan consultants, and other key retirement plan influencers across the country.
Strategic Growth: Partner with internal leadership to craft and execute a strategic plan for penetrating the retirement plan market and growing Navia’s footprint.
Sales Execution: Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to advisors and plan sponsors. Effectively articulate Navia’s differentiated retirement offerings.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Navia effectively in the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Quota Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and growth metrics in a competitive environment.
Travel: Travel up to 50% to build and maintain advisor relationships, attend industry conferences, and drive regional presence.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in retirement plan sales (401(k), 403(b), 457, etc.), with a minimum of five years of experience in an outside sales role.
Deep relationships and credibility within the financial advisor and retirement plan consultant community nationwide.
Strong knowledge of the retirement plan landscape, including recordkeeping, TPA services, and fiduciary considerations.
Demonstrated ability to grow a market presence and build brand recognition.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with public speaking and representing Navia at industry events.
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
