About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and actively manage the CEO’s calendar, exercising independent judgment to prioritize competing demands.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones, internal leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and keep the CEO ahead of daily and weekly commitments.
  • Plan and book domestic and occasional international travel for the CEO and members of the executive team.
  • Build detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings and executive team meetings.
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports for the CEO.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives as a senior Executive Assistant.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel for senior leaders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong proficiency with calendar, travel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, expense platforms, video conferencing).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a self-directed, accountable work style.
  • Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed, or multi-state organization is a plus.
