About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and actively manage the CEO’s calendar, exercising independent judgment to prioritize competing demands.
- Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones, internal leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve conflicts and keep the CEO ahead of daily and weekly commitments.
- Plan and book domestic and occasional international travel for the CEO and members of the executive team.
- Build detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings and executive team meetings.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports for the CEO.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives as a senior Executive Assistant.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel for senior leaders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong proficiency with calendar, travel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, expense platforms, video conferencing).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities independently.
- Comfortable working remotely with a self-directed, accountable work style.
- Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed, or multi-state organization is a plus.
