About the role

  • Build and grow a network of referral partners across the Phoenix area
  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage new partners through in-person visits and outreach
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of field activity
  • Own and grow a pipeline of referral relationships that convert into active clients
  • Drive new client acquisition through partner referrals
  • Consistently follow up with partners to activate and sustain referral volume
  • Track outreach, meetings, and conversions to ensure progress toward growth goals
  • Confidently communicate Navi’s model and the value of private-duty nursing in the home
  • Educate partners on appropriate use cases and patient fit
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth referral intake and care transitions
  • Share field insights to improve messaging, partnerships, and growth strategy

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (AZ) or strong healthcare experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in sales, business development, or relationship-driven growth roles (healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable with outside sales—cold outreach, in-person visits, and persistent follow-up
  • Resilient and energized by building something—not discouraged by rejection
  • Personable, confident, and able to quickly build rapport in professional settings
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not just effort
