Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions for SAP S/4 HANA implementations and modernization projects
Develop cloud-ready applications using SAP BTP, RAP, and CAP where applicable
Develop HANA CDS Views, OData services, REST APIs, and Fiori-enables applications
Design integrations between SAP and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, RFCs, IDocs, proxies, and Integration Suite
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable development solutions
Perform debugging, performance tuning, code optimization and root cause analysis
Apply SAP Clean Core principles and modern extensibility techniques
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust or other government security clearance, as required
3-5 years of SAP ABAP development experience for Mid-Level positions; 6+ years for Senior-level
Recent hands-on SAP S/4 HANA development experience
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Hands-on experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
Experience developing HANA CDS Views, Object-Oriented ABAP, OData V2/V4 services, and SAP Fiori applications
Experience integrating SAP using REST APIs, web services, RFCs, IDocs, proxies, and SAP Integration Suite
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and HANA optimization skills.
