About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support program-level reporting including status reports, dashboards, and milestone tracking
Maintain risk and issue registers and coordinate mitigation and resolution activities across workstreams
Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, tracking, and variance analysis
Coordinate deliverable tracking and compliance with contract requirements and CDRLs
Facilitate program governance meetings including preparation of agendas, materials, and action item tracking
Support configuration and change management oversight at the program level
Develop and maintain program management documentation in accordance with DoD and program standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of PMO or program management support experience on DoD or federal IT programs
Experience maintaining IMS, risk registers, and program governance documentation
Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
Strong analytical, written, and communication skills
Eligibility for and willingness to obtain security clearance
SAP ERP program PMO experience preferred
Navy or DoD acquisition program management experience preferred
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience preferred
SAFe or Agile program management experience preferred
PMP certification preferred
