About the role
- Lead delivery of process automation initiatives across client programs (RPA, workflow automation, low-code, AI-assisted automation)
- Ensure delivery quality, performance metrics, and client satisfaction
- Establish delivery standards, governance, and QA for process automation work
- Support PMs and delivery teams with technical leadership and escalation
- Ensure process automation solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable in federal environments
- Stand up and mature Navaide’s process automation capability through development of process automation playbooks and SOPs; reusable accelerators, templates, and solution patterns; and reference architectures and best practices
- Build and lead the automation talent pipeline by mentoring and developing process automation engineers and architects, defining role-based learning paths and certification guidance, creating fast onboarding approaches for new process automation resources
- Establish and manage Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing forums
- Driving process automation innovation through prototypes and testing of new process automation approaches
- Partner with Growth and Market Teams to identify process automation opportunities in existing and new accounts
- Support capture efforts through solution shaping, technical volumes, and orals
- Develop process automation-led value propositions aligned to federal mission needs
- Build trusted client relationships as a technical and strategic advisor
- Help define Navaide’s process automation roadmap and market positioning
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology delivery
- Demonstrated leadership building and scaling technical teams or practices
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as: UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps), or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and process automation lifecycle
- Experience delivering solutions in federal or regulated environments
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
