Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Asset Management team with ensuring project compliance including land lease oversight and financial due diligence.
Enter bills in NetSuite and verify timely payment.
Support the administration of SREC, incentive, and property tax requirements.
Participate in virtual meetings as scheduled.
Assist with maintaining positive relationships with contract counterparties.
Support insurance binding and follow existing standard operating procedures.
Assist with financial due diligence and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external parties
Eager to learn new tasks and software
Comfortable working independently in support of the team in an often fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience managing complex tasks and completing assignments on time
Willingness to take the lead on researching varied topics
Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
