Design, produce, test, and implement working software across the system lifecycle
Develop platform knowledge across business, applications, data, and infrastructure disciplines
Liaise with principal engineers, domain architects, and stakeholders to understand platform operation and business objectives
Apply Agile methods to software development on the backlog
Produce resilient, long-lived software and adapt to future needs
Deliver intentional architecture and formulate emergent design through innovation, experimentation, and prototyping
Design and develop software with emphasis on automating build, test, and deployment activities

Strong full-stack experience in software design and implementation
Ability to use programming languages to solve complex problems
Capability in complex requirements analysis, capture, and validation against business and systems requirements
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions using Ping Identity technologies
Ability to develop automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across Identity Services programmes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply
