About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage external advisers and stakeholders to deliver TDS client transactions
- Deal with all matters in relation to real estate transactions
- Complete appropriate checks and documentation regarding scheme events
- Ensure legal and regulatory changes are implemented into policies and procedures
- Work with TDS Legal to co-ordinate legal services to TDS
- Identify and manage the escalation of conduct risk
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of supporting both residential and commercial property transactions
- Knowledge of the UK Funds industry including UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Conveyancing paralegal experience is advantageous
- Background of working with real estate law firms and other professional advisers
- Ability to apply a risk-based approach
- Experience in the preparation, review, and amendment of Powers of Attorneys and related documentation
