About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage external advisers and stakeholders to deliver TDS client transactions
  • Deal with all matters in relation to real estate transactions
  • Complete appropriate checks and documentation regarding scheme events
  • Ensure legal and regulatory changes are implemented into policies and procedures
  • Work with TDS Legal to co-ordinate legal services to TDS
  • Identify and manage the escalation of conduct risk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of supporting both residential and commercial property transactions
  • Knowledge of the UK Funds industry including UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Conveyancing paralegal experience is advantageous
  • Background of working with real estate law firms and other professional advisers
  • Ability to apply a risk-based approach
  • Experience in the preparation, review, and amendment of Powers of Attorneys and related documentation
