What you’ll need

At least five years of experience in CICS Systems programming on the IBM Mainframe platform
Strong hands-on expertise in CICS system programming and administration on CICS TS v5.1 and above
Experience with CPSM or CICSPLEX, including workload management, BAS, and RTA
Deep knowledge of CICS RDO and DFHCSD
Experience in CICS problem determination, performance tuning, and troubleshooting using CICS Trace and DUMP
Proficient with managing integrations involving CTG, Web Services, CICS-MQ, and CICS-DB2
Proficiency with tools such as CICSPA, CICS Explorer, SYSVIEW, and CA-Endevor
