Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of successful Scrum adoption
- Scrum Master certification
- Knowledge of modern development practices and tools
- Background in coaching cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Experience building a culture of transparency within feature teams
