About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engineer and maintain innovative, customer centric, high performance, secure and robust solutions
- Produce complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality which adds value to the business
- Work in permanent teams who are responsible for the full life cycle, from initial development, through enhancement and maintenance to replacement or decommissioning
- Collaborate to optimise our software engineering capability
- Design, produce, test and implement our working code
- Work across the life cycle, from requirements analysis and design, through coding to testing, deployment and operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EPM Planning Solutions
- Solid understanding of financial products and business processes
- Hands-on development skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient EPM planning models
- Strong Oracle EPM Planning development and coding skills
- Minimum 2 end‑to‑end Oracle EPM Planning implementations experience
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into custom EPM Planning models
- Hands on experience with Groovy scripting, business rules, EPM Automate and Data Management / FDMEE
- Experience of DevOps, Testing and Agile methodology and associated toolsets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience of implementing programming best practice, especially around scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability and performance
