About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direction and leadership on all quality matters
Ensure well-designed work packages get through quality testing
Produce comprehensive quality strategies and detailed test plans
Undertake end-to-end test management including planning, risk, issue, and dependency management
Work in conjunction with quality automation specialists
Execute tests on a continuous basis triggered automatically by change events
Understand customer-centric designs and drive quality of solutions
Detect and prioritize defects based on impact and resolve them timely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven application of testing methodologies, including Agile testing methods
Experience with a wide range of testing automation tooling
Experience of systems development lifecycle
Experience of delivering testing activities in a technology or IT function
Practical experience to define and embed the quality strategy across automation and AI solution lifecycle
Experience in leading assurance and oversight to maintain compliance
Ability to ensure quality-by-design across delivery
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
